Timothy Strickland

Having accrued more than four decades of professional experience, Timothy R. “Timbob” (aka Timbobbeanie)  Strickland is fluent in customer service, sales, computer systems administration, database management, and many other areas of proven and applied expertise. In his current position, he serves as a tier one advocate for GoHealth, LLC, which has established a AAA rating with the BBB for over 20 years, as an insurance marketplace company, helping Medicare recipients find the best healthcare benefit plans that fit their individual budgetary and medical needs. He has focused his efforts on answering inbound and outbound calls in his efforts to help every customers reach the right person who can help them achieve the maximum benefits possible under their Medicare insurance benefits and guidelines.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Strickland commenced his career as a procurement specialist and assistant buyer for BOMBARDIER in 1998 and was a purchasing manager of outside processing for Compass Aerospace Northwest in 2000. Continuing his endeavors, he served as a surveillance specialist for Goodrich Landing Gear in 2005 and 2006 and then became a system software administrator and trainer in production and inventory control for WW/AFCO Steel, which he did from 2007 to 2015. Mr. Strickland subsequently served as a customer contact representative for C3 Customer Contact Channels from 2019 to 2021.

Reflecting upon his career, Mr. Strickland is proud to have been recognized as the Youngest District Manager for Marc C. Bloome/Dorman’s Tire & Automotive/Goodyear Tire Centers in Long Beach, CA. He also feels lucky to have earned an associate degree in computer programming from Wilshire Computer College in 1991, which set the foundation for his abundant career in the computer systems administration, data entry and database administration/management. Looking ahead, Mr. Strickland hopes to continue to grow his knowledge and proficiencies as a business and data analysis professional, and become a person that people can confidently look to for solid and sound advice in data and human interactions analysis.
